Question Display not appearing

A couple months back my computer stopped displaying whenever I turn it on. I replaced the mobo and cpu and still nothing. When I turn it on, the fans all spin up and the LEDs turn on, but no display. I've tested both my monitor and HDMI cables (both work fine). I tried disassembling everything and reassembling it outside of the case (Motherboard, CPU, GPU, PSU, RAM), still nothing. I've tried all I can think of and everything I found online, but I need help. My specs are as follows:



CPU - Intel i7 9700k

GPU - GeForce RTX 2060 Ventus OC

Motherboard - ASRock Z390 Pro4

RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB)

PSU - EVGA 400 W ATX Power Supply

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB



Any help is greatly appreciated; I just want to know the problem at least.

Ok I'll have to order one so it'll be a few days before that comes in, anything else to try in the meantime.

I ordered an EVGA 450 BR and installed it, the computer power up again like normal but still no input signal.

you already change cpu/motherboard and now psu. and test with just the igpu and still nothing? sorry, can't think of anything else
