Question Display not on system power cycles

Hey so recently I’ve come across a problem, my system no longer displays a picture it’s just a black screen, as well the power just cycles on and off when I hold the power button the mother board light just flashes and it won’t turn off

What I’ve done so far is:

test gpu in another pc and it works
Replace cmos battery
Replace ram
Switch ram around
Tested psu

So it looks like it may be the mother board but anyone have any insight what else may cause this issue ?

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB
Msi radeon 580
Corsair VS550 80+

test with a different psu? and/or gpu?

Corrupted bios, dead gpu, dead cpu, psu issues, motherboard issues. Could be any or any combination.

I have a new board on the way, but I have a strong feeling it may be the psu awell so I’ll try to test that, as the ram, and gpu and cpu gives no problems in another system
