Hello, ive been having a problem with getting a display on my monitor after switching cases... i went from a cooler master to a Fractal Define R5... so everything runs in the computer, with all led lights on mobo running. My build is amd FX 8120 with Gigabyte 970A-G46 board and XFX radeon HD7770 Double D edition... so its been pretty time consuming checking if everything is plugged in, which it is, both 8 pin and 24 pin connection... i have the pci-e 6 pin plugged into gfx card, ive tried seeing if ram is the problem but nope... i domt think my power supply is weakened because it just seems like everything is working in order, just no display... its an Ultra 600W... now i was thinking, i dont have 2 standoffs screwed in, only 3, because the case dimensions seem a bit off, the metal could of warped... i would only try to fit my.mobo in all standoff spots if theres nothing else to try, because i dont wanna bend my.mobo and something happening... when i disconnected everything from my old case i made sure it was off and everything, but i forgot to dissapate the remaining electrical current after unplugging... so maybe something is shorted? Ive seen countless threads about no display but everyone talks about their case speaker beeping when they turn on but i dont even have a case speaker or anything that came with the mobo that can inform me of any problems... but aside from that all LED lights work, so im not totally sure what to do here... i was thinking of just buying a new mobo as this one i heard isn't the friendliest to FX processors... i just want to get a display showing so i feel a lot safer lol... ive tried my older graphics card in it, an hd 5--- but still no display, so i dont think its my HD7770 thats the culprit. I appreciate any help from anybody and i hope someone can tell me whats going on... oh and also usb ports dont work too, because when i power the computer up and its running, my keyboard will not light up. Now idk if its because my keyboard needs the logitech program to be running to display the lights for the keys, because when i used to go into bios it would have the blue backlight that is its default color. Could there be something wrong with the case?

You need to use all the standoffs - if it isn't fitting right something is wrong. Something is definitely not right with your build.

You need to use the GPU to get an image, plugging into the motherbaord will not get you an image.
Your keyboard should be lighting up.

Take the whole thing apart and figure out why it isn't fitting right.

The dimensions have been set in stone since as early as 1995. You do not have a motherboard that doesn't fit - something is wrong with your installation.

Again, your motherboard fits, something isn't right with your standoffs or something. The form factor has been standardized since 1995.

Okay well i put in all the standoffs and its a good fit... my case has this one standoff that goes thru the mobo and is not a screw... its a standoff with a nub at the top of it, and it inserts into the middle slot for where the screw is suppose to go... i might just bring it in to get tested because i put in an MSI R7-250 and nothing works... my HD7770 fans work because it needs a pcie 6pin connector for fans to work... the R7 doesnt need a 6 pin so nothing spins up... everything else in my computer works so i have noo idea what's up

Half your mobo is dead, try plugging in the 250 into a different PCI slot and see if it works
