Question Display not working with EVGA GTX 1660 Ti OC 6GB ?

Able to navigate to windows homescreen without output and having discord startup on windows allowed me to call and manage to hear a ringtone which indicates that it should be working fine, however no output.
Tried with a 750ti and I get a display with the same cables I used for the 1660ti.
Doesnt seem like a cable issue, more of an display port thing. Anyone could maybe help out?

which motherboard? BIOS up to date?
which PSU?
which 1660TI brand and model?
reset the BIOS while the 1660TI is installed and the display is connected to it

Evga 1660ti windforce oc 6gb
some 550w psu
asus tuf b450m
and how would one reset the bios? I have tried removing cmos.
Update: tried reseating the ram(2 8gb t force ddr4 3600mhz sticks) and now even when testing with the 750ti its not displaying any output,
Mouse and keyboard also have no power.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

The PSU question was asked for a reason. "Some PSU" is not sufficient for what is crucial information for problems such as these.
