Display of human video is weird, Help!

Hi, guys! Need some help with the Youtube's Video Display:

-Is it with the browser? I tried to play video using IE and it was working fine.
-But, using mozilla, it's showing the above image (bluegreen), using the same browser, when
I click on Pop-out (# 2 -pls refer to the image), the video is working fine.

-What settings do I need to fix in Windows 7?
