I've ran into a problem with my DP configuration:
When my monitor is connected via DP cable - PC wont start. when i unplugg it - it starts and resets bios values.
Works fine on HDMI port/cable
When im using HDMI and connect the DP cable when the PC is running I can connect via DP and have stable image. When i restart - its ok, but when i power off -same problem appears.
Tried 3 different DP cables (3m long). Worked fine on 2m DP cable. Changed mounting arm 2m is too short
Preffer the DP connection for 100Hz refresh rate (not possible on HDMI with this monitor)
Graphics: gtx1080
Monitor PG348Q
Mobo Z87I-Pro
All Asus. Checked BIOS settings on default/changed etc.
No idea what else to check. Any ideas welcome
