I'm using a display port to HDMI cable to connect my pc (GTX 1050) to a Samsung Smart TV and I'm getting little bits of static accross the screen but only when there are multiple colours, it is noticeable in videos as well but when playing a black screen video on YT everything is solid black, no static. Could this be down to a cheap/dodgy cable or is there something else going on? Here are the specifications of the cable I got from eBay. I had no problems when I was using HDMI to HDMI
