display problem after installing display driver

My 2 year old CPU specs
cpu - amd fx 8350
gpu - amd HD 7850 2 GB GDDR5
ram - corsair vengeance 4+4=8 gb ddr3
mobo - ASUS MA97 LE R2.0
HDD - Seagate 1 TB
SSD - Samsung 850 EVO
CPU Cooler - Coolermaster Hyper 212 x

OS- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

after the amd crimson update fix, my gaming performance was really good
then yesterday i faced this problem.

i was playing Witcher 3
suddenly the game freezes and screen became ash color, and my pc hangs..
even my cpu power button did not working
i did direct restart
after restart when windows welcome showed then it became like

Then I opened my cabinet I cleaned and reconnect rams
reconnected Display vga plug
after that same prob happened

Then I formatted the c drive (windows installer drive)
then it was working great without any single problem.
but after display driver installing i am faced same problem . when it detects display driver it became

today, its not freezing
but having this graphics problem
after uninstalling the display driver its normal (no problem)
but after installing driver facing again this problem

Plz help me
