Display Problem is it Windows or my GPU or somthing else?

I have a row of pixels on my left that display a row of pixels that are Suppose to be on my right. My Specs
Hanns G 1440-900
DVI Imput
GTX-650 Fully updated as 7/31
AMD Phenon II 720 Triple Core @ 3.30 Ghz
4.0 GB RAM
Windows 8.1 x64 Bit
Please help! Its getting annoying !

Hi Fuzzy,

This seems to be an issue with the configuration of your monitor. Does this monitor have any settings that you can play around with to re-calibrate the image its self? If it does, then you can easily align the pixels correctly.
