Question Is This Socket Fine

I have a H110M-R and it freezes and crashes in 1 slot but works fine in the other. My rams are ok and so is everything. Heres the picture and the full pc specs :
CPU : E3 1270 V6
GPU : RX 570
MOBO : H110M-R
PSU : FSP600-80PSA (6 months old)
RAM : Cruicial 4gb + Samsung 8 gb

Mismatched RAM like that will always be questionable.
It is hard to tel with a single picture about the socket. It looks like there might some thermal compound on some pins.

The processor isn't listed in the CPU's support list. maybe that's the root of your problem.

In your first image within the Imgur link, it looks to me you have a cluster of pins that look discolored. When you open the image to full resolution, it's blurry, you might want to set your camera on a stand/tripod and then set the shutter to a timer.
