I have apple ATI HD 5770 graphic card with 2 thunderbolt ports and 1 dvi ports, It is works perfectly on asus z97 motherboard. I plug the graphic card to Asus rog strix B550-f gaming wifi motherboard but display is not coming, on board hdmi ports works and when I check graphic information on BIOS it shows ATI graphic card is plugged, and device manager in windows 10 showing the graphic card after install drivers. I checked the motherboard with another graphic card and it's working.

Is this graphic card not compatible with the B550-F gaming wifi motherboard?

Solution
Theoretically a PCIE card should work in a PCIE slot. Only issue is that old graphics cards did not have UEFI capable BIOSes. Although when that is the issue the system won't boot or detect the old card. In those situations enabling CSM in BIOS (if MOBO has/supports that) helps sometimes.

However, yours apparently boots into Windows and you see the card in the device manager.
