Question Display randomly flickers and makes tabs weird

Hello all. I am running a 4K 120Hz monitor with an i7 and a 3070ti. This past week, whenever I open my computer, the monitor screen goes black for about a second or two, then comes back on with no issue.

Additionally, I have noticed that when I'm playing high-performance games and when I ALT+TAB to another application, very strange things happen. Either the fullscreen application is now only on half of my screen, or today, my task manager (in dark mode) got a white outline and the options to fullscreen, minimise, and exit on the top right completely disappear.

I was wondering if anybody happens to know what could be possibly causing this issue.

Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

You can try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
