Display scaling 780.

So today I upgraded from my 5770 to a 780, I also got a SSD which I installed windows 8.1 on. I am running two monitors, one being a TV, which both run 1080p. The recommended resolution for my TV is 1280 x 768. When I change this value to 1080p, the scaling is all off, basically I there is about a 1inch border of space I can't see. I know with the 5770 I could set a scaling thing, I was just wondering if there is something similar that can be done with the 780, or that I can do in windows 8.1. This is VERY aggravating and if it can't be adjusted I will have a new monitor in the mail ASAP.

Never mind I figured it out, didn't know how to open the NVidia control panel.
