Question Display showing up as Wired display?

Hello, I have a Alienware AW2723DF Monitor which ive been using for a while and has been always identified by windows as AW2723DF, But now its only showing up as wired display and also on this wallpaper software called wallpaper engine it is identified as ''Unknown Monitor 1'' and when i try to apply a 1440p wallpaper it doesnt actually show as 1440p. On device manager it shows up as Dell AW2723DF(DisplayPort) which is correct but on windows settings it is Wired display.

What GPU are you using? Have you updated your drivers recently or made any changes to your display settings?

Have you verified your video cables are firmly attached on both ends? Or swapped cables/ports?
