Display turns off fans get really loud

Bios is all the way updated and the issue persists. Leds and everything stay on so PSU is good. Either a faulty motherboard or something? Pc ran for 2-3 weeks before the issue first arose. any help is appreciated.

Update: Went through all the troubleshooting with ASUS. Essentially confirmed that I got a faulty motherboard. never OCed anything.
