Display wont turn on with hdmi or dvi

Hey everyone I have the z97 pro asus motherboard. Here are all my other parts: i7 4790k, corsair vengeance gaming ram 1600, 8x2 gb, g1 gtx 970 gpu, 800 watt psu, samsung evo ssd 250gb.

So there dram_led light on the top right is green. The power switch on the bottom left of the motherboard is red. It is the one with the power symbol. Both lights stay on and those are the only lights I see that stay on. I tried connecting dvi and hdmi throught gpu and mobo. No display is working for either. Everything turns on and stays one without a problem.

The dram light is not on it was the xled1

I am not seeing anything on the square of the q-code if that is what you are referring to.

Try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. See if the CPU fan does spin and still no q-code.

So i finally got it to work idk what i did, i took out the cpu and kinda fiddled it and made sure it was in tight, but come to find out i had the fan plugged in wrong or something. Then got a qcode 99 which i had to manual turn off since i have liquid cooling system for my cpu instead of the default fan!
