Displays black screen but has an active signal

I was playing fortnite and my screen just turned into this solid blue/green color so i forced shut down my computer and turned it back on but now the screen only displays nothing(black) Was working for 2 days but now just stopped.
CPU:Amd Ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: gigabyte 1060 3gb
Ram: 2x4gb HyperX 2666mhz
motherboard:AB350M-DS3H
Power:EVGA 550W

try another device on the monitor like a dvd player or another pc. if the monitor works..pull the gpu see if onboard gpu works on the mb. if it does try the gpu in another rig if it comes on it may be the power supply.

I stupidly disabled my vga so i cant use the mb and i dont have another rig. The monitor works(i tried with my laptop).

I am now getting a new graphics card in replace of my old one because the integrated graphics works but i still cant check if the gpu works because i dont have a spear computer
