[SOLVED] Displays say "no signal" on a brand new PC

So , I just bought a new pc and it I instantly have an issue after building it, every monitor we try says "no signal" , the problem isnt the psu cus the fans on everything spin, here are the specs:
GTX1050TI
RYZEN 5 1600X
Team Group ELITE+ 8GB DDR4 2666MHz
700W PSU
ASRock AB350M PRO4
PLEASE HELP

Make sure monitor is plugged in to the GTX card, not the motherboard's display ports.

I have it plugged in the gpu, i have tried both VGA and HDMI

Nothing wrong with trying the onboard video. As long as it's enabled in the bios I would give it a go.
