distilled water for an all copper custom loop ?

Solution
distilled water is very safe. just replace it once in a few months. If you want to have longer period between refills, use additive like PTnuke or mayhems extreme biocide. Car fluids will dissolve your tubes.

As a side notes:
1. i hope you understand that beside GPU, there are other components on the graphics card that require cooling like the VRM or RAM.
2. you are walking very dangerous path with parts sourced from unknown manufacturers. you don't really know what they are made from and what is their quality. they might work, but might not.
3. 240mm rad for both CPU and GPU is on the edge of the rad capacity.

Solution

i have heatsinks for the vrms and vrams and a direct fan blowing at them,

im willing to assemble the whole loop outside the system and keep it running for 24 hours for a leak test would that be enough ?

240mm with 4 fans 2000rpm in should be fine ?

would using additive like PTnuke or mayhems extreme biocide effect the performance ?

i dont mind replacing my distilled water every 2-3 months would that be enough without the additive ?

so much questions sorry to bother you guys i hope you can help me ^_^

"240mm with 4 fans 2000rpm in should be fine ?" - that would be very loud

biocides do not directly affect performance, they just prevent things from growing in your loop. they are very cheap (5-6$) and only couple of drops required every time you fill the loop. it is actually good idea to use them.

assembling the loop outside is not going to reveal things that happen over time. I never done a leak test more than a hour.

Distilled water alone is not really good enough, and merely replacing it periodically does not solve the deficiencies. Water circulating in the loop WILL cause the metals to corrode. Using an additive that provides corrosion inhibitors will greatly reduce that effect. Using that with distilled water (rather than plain tap water) certainly is recommended. Likewise, micro-organisms (like those that grow into slime) WILL infect your system - you cannot guarantee complete sterility. So, adding a biocide to your loop also is recommended. I do not hear good things about the simple "silver wire coil" system. But there are lots of chemical biocides suitable. In fact, many cooling loop additive formulas contain both biocide and corrosion inhibitors. Use as instructed. These additives will not reduce the effectiveness of cooling, and WILL greatly increase the TIME your system runs cleanly.

aha, thanks for the information man, ill be using an additive that provides corrosion inhibitors with the distilled water

one more thing :) can i wash the radiator and inside the blocks with tap water before using the them for the first time ?

with distilled water, there will be no corrosion for years (my oldest loop is over 10 years old was mostly used with distilled water and still functional) as long as copper or brass (nickel plated even better)are the only metals that used.
you should wash the radiator, preferably with warm water and yes, tap water works very well.

for my setup its all copper and brass fittings but i dont know the internals of the pump 🙁 does the pump effect the corrosion ?

you said that your oldest loop is over 10 years is it with only distilled water or with additives ?

I can not tell you what materials are used in the pump you want to buy. I would guess that syscooling (one of the largest Chinese watercooling manufacturers ) is not using something that will cause galvanic corrosion (you don't care about just a corrosion).
Most of the time I used distilled water + mayhems biocide to prevent organic growth in loop.

only couple of drops are needed for entire loop, so this bottle will serve you for years.
