I've given this fifteen seconds thought this morning and I can't see
what is *terribly* difficult in knocking up one's own.

Off the top of me head it's a few joysticks, some sliders and a rake of
on/off switches.

Wire it up to the controller-port (the tricky bit I'd say) and you're
away.

How hard can it be?

very hard. I have the game you have 40 buttons,switches and dials that
light, 3 foot pedals, and 2 joystick.
