Dlcs on ps4 not active for other user

My brother has bought a few dlcs on his account (ps4) I used to be able to use the dlcs he bought as it was my active ps4 but now most of them have a lock and I cannot use them even thought I can till use some any reasons this happening? Any suggestions?, thanks in advance (sorry about having this in the wrong thread couldn't find a more appropriate one)
