dlink router nat configuration

Dear all, I have a Dlink DSL2650u modem router with a usb port that I used to connect to a 3g sim card that has a static ip address and I'm trying to configure the nat so that the router ip addres coresponds to the sim card's ip address. I need a hand please, i tried everything it doesn't seem to work, I'm missing something... I don't know what!

You don't set the LAN ip address of the router to the 3G card, the LAN ip address should be the 192.168.x.x.

As far as the WAN IP it should just be auto to allow the 3G card to give your Router an IP.
