DNS problems need help

i am currently connecting to the internet through a USB adapter and frequently my computer will be connected to the router but not connect to a DNS server when the computer wont connect to sites my phone is still working off WIFI and same with my PS4 is the problem something with my computer or that USB adapter and i just did a fresh clean install of windows 10

Try manually setting your DNS to 8.8.8.8, you can do this from clicking your network icon in the tray area next to the time, open Network Center and Shared Resources->Change adapter settings->Right click on Local Area Network->properties->IPv4->settings->Use the following DNS servers.
