DNS request timed out

Hello

I am experiencing problems with DNS, I first noticed it browsing chrome and getting a random:

for like 2 seconds and then chrome refreshes automatically and enters the site.

I tried the "ping google.com" on windows CMD and I am getting

I tried changing the IPV4 to google's 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 DNS settings, what else shoul I try?

the router is WR1043ND and I have the latest firmware.

Have no idea how I fixed but its all good, maybe its the LAN driver update that I have done.
