Hi

Do all IPS monitors have backlight bleed or are there some that doesnt?
I had like 5 IPS monitors and they all had backlight bleed some were worse then others.

Yes, it is part of the way the backlight has to work on such displays. Even the best IPS panels will still have "IPS Glow" which will be evident at the corners and along the sides most often.

Unless you spend a lot of time viewing an IPS panel in the dark, once you have content on there it is usually not that noticeable. Now if you wanted to play a lot of space themed games, probably not ideal and a VA or OLED panel would be much better.

Yes, but also no. The IPS glow can be considered backlight bleed when it is very noticeable. Backlight bleed in and of itself is just a general panel non-uniformity that also tends to pick up a blue or yellow color. Very uncommon to get an IPS panel with perfect uniformity, but the high grade panels do tend to end up in high price models.
