Do ALL USB3.0 ports provide the same 5Gbps speed ?

I am looking at a refurbished laptop with an i5-3320M , it has two USB3.0 ports on the side....do they have 5Gbps speeds ?

Yes, all USB 3.0 ports are able to provide 5 Gbit/s (625 MB/s) speeds. Though, actual speed depends on the device used in that port.
