Do DDR4 3200mhz can run on Asus h270 plus

Guys i have some stupid question here.
My friend offer me his corsiar vengeance lpx ddr4 3200mhz 2x8gb
Can I use them on Asus Prime h270 plus? He told me that itll work perfectly run at 2400mhz(due my mobo sup ddr4 2133/2400)
But still not sure so someone pls advice me this thing cuz the proce he offer me cheaper than other second-hand ddr4 2133-2400 16gb ram
Should i but his or looking for another (like ddr4 2400 that fot my mono) is it worth?

In my country second-hand ddr4 bus2133-3200 price
Not much difference (Bout +- $5)
So i decide to go for 3200mhz even my board support just 2400
incAse for my future upgrade
Is it worth ? Or i should just spend lower pick up 2133-2400mhz
