[SOLVED] Do Digital TVs have a MODEM?

Please correct me if I'm wrong:

Regular Digital TVs (not Smart TVs) work like this:

For Over the Air TV, the antenna receives a digital TV analog carrier signal that has the digital TV channels modulated into it. So a MODEM is necessary to demodulate the digital signal from the analog carrier signal that the TV can understand.

So if I'm right, where's the MODEM located? in the antenna or inside the TV?
