[SOLVED] Do I build a new computer or buy HPs obelisk i7

So Ive been debating on which I want to do... I've never built a system completely but I have replaced nearly everything except the mobo and cooling system... so in basically I dont see why I cant build my own rig...

I was looking at the HP system https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/omen-by-hp-obelisk-desktop-875-1055xt after warranty it would be like 2000

Or do you think I would be better of f not worrying about the warranty and just building one, which would allow me to get an i9 or whatever else tickles my fancy..

I would need have a computer that could handle video and picture editing... that is critical as its my income... other than that I would want it to handle any game out there at high settings... not critical but I like to game

So, what do you guys think? how important is that warranty lol

Without the warranty the price is not terrible with he warranty its a ripoff.

NZXT Letsbld computers have a 2 year parts warranty and even if it expires you can still contact them for help

AMD offers better value at the moment. You can put together an excellent system for under 2k - here's what I came up with for a total of $1770. The 5700XT is a bit controversial but I have one and it's great for me. It performs similarly to a 2070 Super whilst costing the same as a 2060 Super. But you could always stick with the 2070 Super or even perhaps extend to a 2080 Super:
