Im wondering if i should just buy a new computer overall or just upgrade my one? Im new to pc building and am unsure as to what i should buy as i'll probably buy the wrong things. Any help would be greatly appreciated
My pc specs are:

Motherboard: Dell Optiplex 790
CPU: Intel Core I3-2130
RAM: 8gb
Storage: 600gb
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
Power Supply: 500w
Custom/Pre-Built: Pre-Built

I know its pretty bad but thats why i need help.

If you don't.

You can make a lot of different choices here, but if I was building with your budget, these are the kinds of builds I'd be looking at. It all depends on your priorities!
