Question do i get to see more game world/ more viewing angle in 1440p than 1080p monitor?

Hi, do i get to see more game world/ more viewing angle in 1440p than 1080p monitor? As an example-

This is on 1080p monitor(game resolution also is 1080p) and in this game instance, there's few houses on both immediate right side and left side of that view which i cant currently see. will those houses appear on exact same viewing instance if it was on 1440p monitor(game resolution also is 1440p)?

it can depend on how game was written.

In most games, no. you don't see more of the world, just a better detailed version of the same image

But in some games, it can result in you seeing more of game than before. I have a game called Sacred 2 that shows way more around your character if you run in 4k compared to 1080p.
