My pc has this problem that it does not always boot up correctly. I have to reset it a couple of times.
Someone told me that i might be your capacitors.
First I would re-seat the power connectors on the motherboard.
Then I would remove the RAM and re-install it (them).
Then take the video card out and re-install it.
Let me know what happens.

Well, sometimes the screen just goes black after I start it up. I have to reset it and then it boots to Windows.
Even after that it can go to white screen and reboot.
