Do I have defective RAMs?

Hi There!

I've just bought a set of G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3200Mhz 2x8Gb RAMs (F4-3200c16D-16GVKB) Which is compatible with my motherboard (Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming) And with the CPU (Amd Ryzen 5 2600) Since it is on the QVL list. I've plugged the two RAMs in the correct slots on the motherboard (1,3) but when it's auto, the memory speed is 2133MHz. Without changing anything, only manually the target RAM speed, I can achieve 2666MHz(On 1.2V), which seems stable for now. But if I go above 2666MHz, the PC instantly crashes down, and the BIOS brings up the message, that memory settings have been reset, since there was a memory failure.

I tried using the suggested settings (3200MHz, 16-18-18-38 timing, on 1.35V) but nothing. If I go above 2666MHz, the PC instantly crashes. I couldn't really find anything about this, and neither could I fix this problem.

My specs are:
Asus Rog Strix B450-F Gaming
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x8Gb 3200MHz (F4-3200C16D-16GVKB)
GTX 1060 3GB Msi Gaming X
Supersonic Gold 650W PSU
NZXT Kraken x62
NZXT h500i case

EDIT1: Sorry, I forgot to mention, the whole build is brand new. I bought it yesterday, and built it up today. Thank you.

I've enabled it, and switched from 1-3 to 2-2 slots, and its finally in 3200MHz, on 1.20V! Thank you very much, I can't describe my gratefulness to you. I've been spending my last 8-10 hours with this problem, and finally it got fixed. God bless you, and this forum! Thank you dear Drivinfast :) Have a great day!

Currently it looks fine with 1.2V on 3200MHz. I'll try to do a few stress test to see if its good, or I'll need to increase it, or anything. Also I've attached a picture with the current 3200MHz timings. This is what I have no clue of, but these timings are not so good, are they?
