Do I have enough ram to play Fortnite?

So,recently i upgraded my PC with a rx 580 but saw that it didnt run well on my old cpu and bought a g4400 and new mobo.Because of the new mobo i had to buy DDR4 ram and bought 4 gb of it instead of the 8 gb i had on the older system.

My pc currently:

Intel Pentium G4400 @ 3.3 GHz
Gigabyte RX 580 8 GB
4 GB RAM DDR4

So,whenever i am playing fortnite it runs fine at 150+ FPS but drops every 5 seconds to under 10 or 20.So now i'm asking,is it the CPUs fault or the RAMs fault?
It's literally unplayable at any settings i tried

You meet the games minimum requirements for ram. You should look at 8GB. What board are you working with?
