Do i have sufficient Case fans

So i have a phantom 530 case with 1 140mm nzxt fan blowing inwards and 3 120mm fans exhausting one through the back which is another nzxt fan and 2 more from the top from my liquid cooler(its pulling air through the radiator, meaning the fans are above the radiator). Do i have to add one more 120mm fan to blow air in or is this alright?

Depends on the temperatures you get.

If you need to lower the Gpu (the Cpu with a water cooler is never a problem) maybe the side and inner fans to send fresh air to the Gpu but in most configurations you have more than enought.
