Do I have to buy W10 again?

So my current SSD is not performing too well, I am planning to replace it with a new SSD, without transferring any files to the new one. So, when I install W10 on the new one, do I have to buy W10 again or not? Also, would I need to install the motherboard drivers again?

1. A new install, in the same system, does not require a new OS license.
How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10
When it asks for the license key, select "I don't have a license key", and proceed on. It will activate itself once it goes online later.

2. Yes, you'll need to reinstall all your drivers and applications.
