Do I have to reinstall everything?

I just did a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro 64-bit because my OS became corrupt. I have a lot of games and other programs I installed on a separate hard drive though. Do I have to reinstall everything to get it to work or should I be fine otherwise?

Other applications - reinstall. The new OS does not know anything about them.
