Typically one doesn't NEED a different CPU cooler better than stock unless they plan on overclocking. Do you plan on overclocking?

Also, regarding case fans, how many fans does the case come with? I'd recommend a minimum of 4 for this build.

I don't plan on over clocking unless it makes things a lot better and it's easy to do (it's my first build).
As for the fans, the case includes 2, 120mm fans, if you think I need more could you recommend any?
Thanks

I got this 4 pack the first time I built my rig. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103052&cm_re=cooler_master_fans_120mm-_-35-103-052-_-Product

They're basic, but it's a great brand. I haven't had to replace any. I know I only recommended 4 at minimum, but this price gets you a couple of spares if you think about it. If that's too many though: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103022&cm_re=cooler_master_fans_120mm-_-35-103-022-_-Product

That's just a 2 pack, but they're blue LED's. So if you're not wanting any lighting, just skip those.

Also, judging by your processor, I don't think you'll need to overclock at all. Mine is a i5 3470 3.6Ghz and I've never had a problem. Minecraft, Battlefield 3, PvZ: Garden Warfare, GRID 2, etc..
