[SOLVED] Do I need a different power supply?

Just bought a Sapphire rx590. There is only 1 pci-e cable that my non-modular 500w EVGA PSU has, with two 6+2 interfaces coming from the one cable (one kind of in tandem with the other). Will this work or do I need a different PSU with 2 completely separate pci-e cables? Thanks!

yes not only that you will need a minimum of 600w, get a decent psu. you won't regret it 500w is not going to cut it with that card good luck
