if you're in a hurry look for under lined keywords which include the parts involved.

So i'm tryna build a newer PC since 3100 came out. And i'm planning to change both case and its fans.

The case that i'm gonna be buyin' is the Antec NX400 with an included 12cm fan, and i'm gonna add 3 or so more fans, which is the Deepcool RF120 3 in 1. The motherboard i'll be using is the B450m Pro M2 MAX, which i have no clue about how many the headers are.

So, is 4 fans too much that i need a hub?

1 x 4-pin CPU fan connector
1 x 4-pin system fan connector
So yes, a powered fan hub would be advisable.
