do i need a good CPU to play Shadow of mordor ?

i have a solid gpu amd radeon 6670 1gb but a intel celeron g540 which is a pretty bad cpu. Can i play shadow of mordor on low-med graphics without any lags ? PS i played assassins creed black flag on med-high settings without any lags !

you will be able to play but some settings such as camera blur etc you will have to lower them
