Do I need a good sound card to unlock full potential of the ATH-M50x?

Title says it all. I am soon going to switch from my Hyper X Cloud 2's to ATH-M50x's and was wondering if I needed a good sound card, or one at all for that matter, to unlock the full potential of the ATH-M50x's. Thanks in advance.

The internal sound-card built into your motherboard will suffice unless you want to spend $750+ on studio amps/soundcards which will be where you start to see a differance, you are clearly not an audiophile so you will be very pleased with the flat and almost perfect soundstage of the m50x's even with the built in audio.
