Do i need a GPU?

alright so i am building a computer for my parents do i need a graphic card for it? its not for gaming just web browsing and youtube video nothing major.using intel pentium g3258 for cpu.

For basic uses like you describe, no you shouldn't need a separate GPU. The onboard graphichs on that Pentium will do fine.

For that kind of use, the onboard GPU (iGPU) will be just fine. If they end up needing more graphics power in the future all that you would need to do is install a GPU that meets/exceeds their needs!
