Do I need a haswell certified psu

I am getting the intel i7 haswell 4770k and I heard about haswell certified psu's and I was wondering if I needed on or if I could just spend 30 bucks on a cheap psu.

I was also wondering if a asrock fatality would fit in a prodigy case.

A haswell certified psu merely enables lower sleep/hibernations states, but equally I wouldn't skimp on the psu. I would make sure it's at least a Bronze 80+ certified psu.

Does the Asrock Fatal1ty fit into a BitFenix Prodigy case? Only if your motherboard is microATX and the Prodigy is microATX.

Google came back with the Fatal1ty as being mainly an ATX board but does have an microATX option. The Prodigy is primarily an ITX case but relatively recently saw an microATX version being released.
