[SOLVED] Do i need a high static pressure ?

Hi! I've been searching for AIO coolers, i found one Corsair H60, i think is a good one, as you may know it already include one fan. Do i need to put high static pressure fans on the radiator of the cooler (i mean replace it) or i should place them on the case?

I would recommend a 240 AIO if you are still shopping.

Only in very small systems or very low-power CPUs would I ever recommend a single 120mm AIO.

What aio? also can you help me answering the question above? like should i put high static pressure fans on the case? or is it enough of what the aio have?
