Question Do I need a new GPU, or is there a fix for this?

I recently bought a new AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT off of Newegg. I started noticing these little squares flickering from textures in games. I first noticed it with Cyberpunk 2077, and now World of Warcraft. I don't know much about this stuff but I believe it is artifacting. Is there a solution for this, or should I contact Newegg and try to get a return?

try stress test the card to see if any artifacts appear or if any issues pop up just to make sure the card is fine and it could just be the games itself, maybe try updating your drivers as well. If non of this work then you must contact Newegg for a RMA.
