So, I've just purchased a new cpu, but sadly to find out that after installing it, my monitor didn't show my Computer boot or anything. My friend said it could be my PSU. Which is like 300-350 (QW730AA#Aba product number) Which i knew was low, But not actually sure of my friends opinion.

Specs:
Graphics card: XFX radeon hd 6670
Intel pentium g630(i3-3220 is the new one)
Hopefully others can be found with the product number

Also not sure if to keep my new cpu or just refund it.

The Pentium G630 is a Sandy Bridge based CPU. The i3 3220 is an Ivy Bridge based processor. Are you sure your motherboard is compatible with an Ivy Bridge CPU with the existing BIOS? Motherboard make and model?

You have an H61 chipset board. Did you update to the latest BIOS before trying to upgrade to the new CPU? H61 should technically support an Ivy Bridge CPU with the update but because it's a Foxconn it may not. Foxconn boards are usually cheap low end products and they may not have the BIOS available to update the board. Foxconn usually makes boards for OEMs like Dell and HP.

In fact googling the board does not even show a link to the manufacturer at all but the one page I can find shows Sandy Bridge support only.

Put the old CPU back in and try to find a BIOS update. If that does not work you need a new motherboard for that CPU to work.
