Do i need after market cooler ??

i not a hard core gamer. going for a i3 4th gen and not overclocking. do i need to purchase an aftermarket cooler for my processor?

You don't need one, but an aftermarket cooler is probably quieter and more efficient than the stock one.

No. A locked processor will be sufficiently cooled by the stock cooler. If you will put heavy loads on it, just make sure you have good airflow through your case. A front intake fan and a rear exhaust should be sufficient.
