Do I need an amp

Im looking to purchase a pair of Takstar Pro 82 but some other people suggest getting an amp which were to get a EL-D01 and a FIIO E06. Do I actually need them to have the full listening experience with the headphones and if yes would you recommend other amps

For the sake of this discussion, if we suggested on not buying an AMP, are you capable of driving the headphones using the onboard audio? If so, what do you currently have to work with?

Yeah I'm pretty certain that my motherboard can drive them but it was people over at headfi who suggested an amp

for the best sound then yes, you would need an amp or a dedicated sound card.

32 Ohm headphone?
hmmm...this is a bit tricky.
32 Ohm is near the limit normal on-board soundcard can push....but...the headphone cost quite low, Idunno if it is really worth it to get an extra amplifier.
I would try without an amp first.

Sound quality is dependent mostly on the end driver e.g. speakers, headphone.
Than if you wanna reach better sound, after you have a good end driver, you can get better amplifier/DAC.
Now, about power, on-board soundcard can easily push headphones up to 32 Ohm.
