Do i need an exhaust fan

Ive got 1 fan on my PC other then CPU and PSU. ive alyways got case open so should i make it intake exaust but i dont really want it so do i need it?

If your temps are fine , you probably don't need it , if not it helps to have 1 front intake and 1 rear exhaust.

priority #1 is getting the hot air from your CPU out of the system so an exhaust fan at the rear is a must.
priority #2 intake fan to help with system temps but not as crucial as keeping CPU cool (specially since you have an opened case).
